Arranging a farewell for a child is an experience no family should have to endure. We are here to guide and support you whether you are saying goodbye to a baby lost during pregnancy or to a child up to the age of 18.

We will do everything we can to ensure arrangements reflect your preferences while offering reassurance and comfort throughout.
Provided Without Charge
We are committed to supporting families with dignity and care. The following services are provided free of charge:
A suitable coffin or casket (up to £300 in value)
Transferring your child into our care
A Hearse or Limousine to leave from a local address to the place of service
Unlimited Viewing in our designated sensory Private Chapel of Rest
Dedicated Support from an Experienced Funeral Director
Order of Service booklets
Up to Six Bereavement Counselling Sessions, if Required
Burial and Cremation Fees
Under the Children’s Funeral Fund introduced in 2019, burial and cremation fees are covered for a stillborn baby after 24 weeks of pregnancy and for children up to the age of 18.
This means families will not be required to pay cremation or burial fees.
We also provide a complimentary £50 allowance towards floral tributes to help you create a personal farewell.
