Ensure your family receives professional support when it is needed most

Our funeral plan is available to UK residents, with no medical questions required. You may also nominate a representative to be kept informed about your plan in accordance with your instructions.

Our plans cover the funeral director’s services specified in the plan documentation, provided we carry out the funeral and your requirements remain unchanged. You may also choose to include a contribution towards third-party costs such as cremation fees, which are outside our control.

Your Questions Answered

Here are answers to some common questions about our pre-paid funeral plans.

Who can take out a plan?

UK residents aged 18 or over are eligible. For instalment plans payable over two years or longer, the final instalment must be paid by your 85th birthday. No medical questions are required.

Can I include special wishes?

Yes. You can include music selections, readings, and information for a eulogy at no additional cost. Additional services or upgrades may incur extra charges. You may also appoint a nominated representative to receive updates about your plan.

What happens if I move?

If you relocate, you can usually transfer your plan to a funeral director nearer your new home. Additional costs may apply depending on local pricing. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions or speak with us for guidance.

Can I purchase a plan for someone else?

Yes, many people choose to arrange plans on behalf of a loved one.

Does the plan cover all funeral costs?

The plan covers the funeral director’s services listed in the plan details, provided requirements remain unchanged and the selected funeral director carries out the funeral. It may also include an allowance toward third-party costs such as cremation or officiant fees, which are outside our control. If these costs exceed the allowance at the time of need, a balance may be payable.

Can I cancel my plan?

Yes. If cancelled within the cancellation period, a full refund is available. If cancelled later, a refund of the amount paid will be issued, excluding administration fees and payments used to insure instalment plans.

Can I pay by instalments?

Yes. Instalment options are available over various terms. An additional cost applies for instalments over two years, and eligibility criteria apply. Your funeral director can provide a personalised quotation.

What happens if I die abroad?

The plan does not cover funerals abroad or repatriation costs. It is advisable to ensure your travel insurance provides appropriate cover.

Terms & Conditions apply to funeral plans. Please ask if you need further clarification.
